How to Request a Refund:
Refunds must be requested by sending an email directly to Salterra in order to be eligible for consideration. Requests received by any other method – including voicemail or text – cannot be considered or processed.
Type of Refund:
For a refund request to be considered, it must be received by Salterra LLC within 30 days from the date of purchase. We do not require that you provide a reason for your request, however, your feedback would be appreciated. Refund requests are granted at the sole discretion of Salterra LLC and are subject to approval. All refund requests must pass the terms and conditions outlined on this webpage to be eligible for refund consideration. If a refund request is granted, the client will incur a 40% (forty) percent processing fee, to cover the costs of refunding financial transactions and time spent on the client project.
Monthly Plan Policy:
Salterra LLC monthly plans can be canceled at any time after the 6th month. We require a FULL 30-day written notice and all accounts must be current. Monthly Search Engine Optimization plans can also be canceled at any time after the 6th month, but are not eligible for a refund if the digital services have already been rendered.
Terms and Conditions
Salterra LLC reserves the right to deny a refund in the following events:
- If any Intellectual Property* has been developed, deployed, or created upon the client’s behalf, including, but not limited to: website design, graphics design, css development, php development, WordPress design, WordPress development, or any other digital intellectual properties and services that have been rendered on behalf of the client.
- Purchaser has distributed the product on peer-to-peer (P2P) or illegal content (Warez) websites.
- The purchaser has attempted a charge-back and failed.

Under intellectual property law, owners are granted certain exclusive rights to a variety of intangible assets, such as musical, literary, and artistic works; discoveries and inventions; and words, phrases, symbols, and designs.
